Thirty Third Sunday In Ordinary Time

Catholic Youth Care: We thank you for your contributions last week which amounted to €3118.

Open House! This weekend, the Presentation Brothers invite you to visit their house (directly opposite St Joseph's Church) for tea, coffee and a tour of the building after all Masses. The event is part of a series of celebrations to mark the Feast of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Tuesday Nov 21st). The 10:30 am family Mass will feature a special drama on the life of Edmund Rice (Founder of the Presentation Brothers). The 11:30 Mass will be offered for deceased past pupils of the Presentation College. The 7pm Reflective Hour of Prayer on Tues, Nov 21st will be led by members of the Presentation Family.

Sunday Mass Times: Beginning on the first Sunday of Advent, 3rd December, the Sunday Masses will be at: 6:30pm Vigil, 10:15 am (Family Mass), 11:30am (choir), and 12:30 pm (Youth Choir).

Saint Josephs Young Priests' Society: Cake, Christmas Gift Sale, Bumper Raffle Sunday 3rd Dec after all Masses. Donations of Cakes and gifts welcome.

Altar List of the Dead: Names for the Altar List of the Dead for the coming year should be placed in the box near the Altar rails. Masses will be offered for the Altar List of the Dead every First Friday. The annual Mass for those whose Funerals took place in St Joseph's will be on Saturday 2nd December at 6:30 pm.

Parish Bookshop. A Large Selection of advent Calendars now available Also available Christmas Cards and Candles.

Irish Stillbirth And Neonatal Health Society: A Christmas Service of Remembrance will be held in St. Nicholas of Myra Church Francis St, Dublin 8 on Sunday the 3rd December at 7:30pm.

Our Lady's Hospice Harold's Cross: Light up a Life Ceremony will be held on Sunday 3rd Dec at 4pm. Sponsor a light €5. Phone 1850 660606.

Afternoon Of Prayer: An afternoon of Prayer for Vocations to the Priesthood and Religious life will be held on Sunday 26th November in the Holy Cross College, Clonliffe Road commencing at 2pm with afternoon tea followed by Mass at 4:30 pm.

The Advent Retreat. This Retreat for Ministers of the Eucharist and Ministers of the Word will be held on Sunday 3rd December from 2:14 - 6:00pm at Dunardagh Blackrock. Retreat will be given by Fr Michael Duggan cssp. All Ministers are requested to attend. Please contact Martin McNamara (2808855) if you cannot attend.
