Stained Glass Restoration Fund: The monthly collection for the Stained Glass Restoration Fund takes place outside the Church to-day. The preliminary work on the large window over the main entrance door will begin on Tuesday.

Bank Holiday: Mass at 10 a.m. The Church will close at 12 noon.

Weekly 7.30 a.m. Mass: Due to the shortage of priests there will be no 7.30 a.m. Mass on weekdays from Tuesday 8th August until the end of September.

Tuesday: The hour of Reflective Prayer begins at 7 p.m.

Cake Sale: Many thanks to all who supported last Sunday’s Cake Sale which raised €1600 in aid of the work of Fr Robbie McCabe in Turkana, Kenya. Fr Robbie is a Carmelite priest and also a medical doctor. He runs a small health centre, but most of the time he spends touring the area following the people who, in turn, follow their cattle and goats in search of grazing. His medical experience is unique which he shares with the students of the College of Surgeons every year.

Actors Workshop: A training course for local actors/drama groups or anyone interested, who would llike to be trained in Acting for Camera, to help them get acting work in film and TV, including commercials, will take place in the Kingston Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Mon Tue and Wed 14th 15th and 16th August from 7 pm to 11.30 pm each evening.
