14th May Fifth Sunday of Easter

Special Collection: The collection for the education of students for the priesthood for the Diocese of Dublin will replace the SHARE collection at all Masses TODAY.

Change of Sunday Mass Times: Because of holidays, the Sunday Mass times during the summer months of June, July and August will be 10.30 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. There will not be Mass at 9 a.m due to the unavailability of supply priests.

Confirmation: Cardinal Desmond Connell will administer the Sacrament of Confirmation to the 6th Class of the Harold School on next Friday at 11 a.m.

Easter Dues: The priests of the Parish thank all those who have sent in their Easter dues.

Holy Ghost Missions: In response of the appeal made for the Holy Ghost Missions worldwide on Sunday 7th May, donations can still be made, by returning envelopes to the Sacristy to Fr Kennedy, or by posting directly to Kimmage Manor, Whitehall Road, Dublin 12.

Stained Glass Window Restoration Fund: Many thanks to all who contributed to the fund to last Sunday’s collection which amounted to € 950.

‘Heart to Hand’: The ‘Heart to Hand’ charity thank all those who contributed food to their collection on Good Friday. This food will be given to the poorest of the poor in both Albania and Romania.

Reflective Prayer before the Ble1ssed Sacrament: Every Tuesday 7 – 8 pm. Different theme each week.

Cake Sale: TODAY Sunday 14th May in the Parish Centre after all Masses. The Sunday Saints Choir are off to the Medugorje Youth Festival at the end of July. We need to defray costs of this pilgrimage. Can you please support us ?

Alzheimer’s Tea Morning: Many thanks to all who supported the ‘Tea Morning’ last week; a total of € 551 was raised.

Dun Laoghaire Borough Historical Society: ‘A Talk of Local Interest’ by Peter Pearson, in the Kingston Hotel, DunLaoghaire, on Wednesday 17th May at 8 p.m.

Apostolic Workers: Meet each Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Parish Centre. We are very short of a machinist – could you help ?
