Parish Mission 2006: Led by Redemptorist Priest Fr Tom Hogan, from Monday 27th March to Saturday 1st April, with Mass each day at 7.00 am and 10.00 am. Evening Mission at 8.00 pm (no Evening Mass).

Parish Coffee Morning: TODAY March 26th Please join us for a special Mother’s Day treat.

Reflective Prayer before the Ble1ssed Sacrament: Every Tuesday 7 – 8 pm. Different theme each week. “I regularly attend the Tuesday Reflective Prayer. It is truly wonderful to experience the Lord refresh and restore me ! In my busy week this is a very special time. It is like going away to a quiet place to rest with Jesus. What a blessing and privilege !” (A Parishioner).

Readings for Lent: A range of Lenten material is now available from the Parish Bookshop – interesting booklets and pamphlets to suit all ages and price ranges. Many new titles. The bookshop is open after Masses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come and see – support your parish.

Sacred Space: is the prayer website that helps over 15,000 people a day to pray, while sitting at their computers. Now that Lent had arrived, why not join this huge, world-wide community of believers in giving praise and thanks to God ? Eucharistic Adoration: We could still do with a few more people from 1.00 – 2.30 pm each day. Perhaps you could fill the gap during Lent?

The Gaudete Singers: (Directed by David Leigh) “Down Ampney to Paris” Sacred Music by Vaughan Williams and Poulenc, Sunday 2nd April at 8.00 pm, St Joseph’s Church, Glasthule. Tickets Eur 10.00 (Concession Eur 6.00) available at the door. For more information 4948017.

Sandycove and Glasthule Residents Association: Annual General Meeting, Presentation College, 8.00 pm Thursday 30th March. We will also be making the Garden and Business Awards. All welcome.

Coffee Shop: Tea/coffee is served in the Parish Centre after 10 Mass, Monday - Friday. Come and meet your friends, you would be most welcome.

An Invitation: ‘Come and see’ Jesus said. Are you stressed, too busy, no time for yourself ? Come and join us on Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm for Reflective Prayer before the Blessed Sacrament and allow Jesus to refresh you and restore your peace. He is waiting for you to come. A special time to pray in the Parish for the Parish.
