Parish Mission: Today Fr Tom Hogan, a Redemptorist priest, will speak at all the Masses about the Mission, which will take place from Monday 27th March to Saturday 1st April.

World Day of the Sick: Mass and Anointing for the World Day of the Sick will be celebrated by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin on Sunday 12th February, in St Laurence’s Church, Kilmacud, at 3.00 pm. Special provision is being made for those who are sick and everyone is welcome.

Senior Citizens Holiday Knock: Sunday 25th – Friday 30th June, staying at St Catherine Laboure Holiday Home. Coach leaves from outside St Joseph’s, Glasthule at 11.00 am Sunday 25th June for Knock, stopping at Longford for refreshments; meal at Knock on arrival. Return to Glasthule on Friday 30th June. Cost EUR 240, plus cost of coach. Early booking necessary: contact Sr Imelda, at Parish Centre after 10.00 am Mass every morning, or phone her at 2882669 after 7 pm. Booking fee EUR 50.00 (deposit).

Thank You: Many thanks to all who supported the Coffee Morning on Sunday 22nd January which raised EUR 650 for Cancer Research.

Scripture Group: The Scripture Group (Lectio Divina) meet every Wednesday night from 8 pm to 9 pm in the Presentation College House, opposite St Joseph’s Church. We use the readings from the Misselette for the following Sunday. We share the readings and try and see what the Lord’s words are saying to each of us. All are welcome, especially readers of the word.

Eucharistic Adoration: We could still do with a few more people from 1.00 – 2.30 pm each day. Perhaps you could fill the gap?

An Invitation: ‘Come and see’ Jesus said. Are you stressed, too busy, no time for yourself ? Come and join us on Tuesdays 7 – 8 pm for Reflective Prayer before the Blessed Sacrament and allow Jesus to refresh you and restore your peace. He is waiting for you to come. A special time to pray in the Parish for the Parish.

Coffee Shop: Tea and coffee is served in the Parish Centre after 10.00 Mass, Monday - Friday. Come and meet your friends. You would be most welcome.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Karoline Laue, Dundela Park, and Mary Ryan, Eden Terrace. May they rest in peace.
