Stained Glass Restoration Fund: The monthly collection for the Stained Glass Restoration Fund takes place after a Masses this weekend.

St Vincent de Paul: The Annual Diocesan Collection for the Society of St Vincent de Paul takes place at all Masses next weekend 8th and 9th December. It will replace the Share Collection. Please be as generous as you can.

Waiting in Joyful Hope: There will be three days of Prayer and Reflection in Preparation for Christmas here in St Joseph's Church Glasthule from Monday 10th December to Wednesday 12th December.
The Speakers will be:

Knitting Group: The Legion of Mary Knitting Group meets every Tuesday at 3pm in the Parish Centre next to the Church. New members are always welcome to join us.

Christmas Cards: We now have a nice selection of Christmas Cards and Calendars available from our Bookshop.

ISANDS: Christmas Service of remembrance in St Nicholes of Myra Church Francis St Dublin 8 today Sunday 2,d Dee at 7.30pm.

Lourdes Jubilee 1858 - 2008: We wish to notify, everyone that next year is jubilee Year in Lourdes. Lourdes is celebrating 150 years since Our Lady first appeared there. Due to the huge demand for rooms next year we are limited to 80 seats, 62 of which are already gone. This is why we are mentioning this so early. So we are asking people who are interested to let us know now if you wish to go to Lourdes. It is on a first come first served basis. Coffee Morning and Brie a Brac Sale: The amount collected at last week's Coffee Morning for Dublin's Homeless came to €755. Thanks to all those who contributed so generously.

St Joseph's Young Priest Society: The next meeting will take place on Friday next 7th December at 7.00pm in the Parish Centre. New members will be very welcome.

World Youth Day 2008: Three of our young parishioners Emma, Lisa. and Davina will be representing the parish on their Pilgrimage to World Youth Day Sydney 2008. To aid their funding, they will be selling mince pies outside the Church on Sunday next December 9th after each Mass.

Recently Deceased: Margaret Ward nee Farrell formerly St Peter's Terrace, Michael Kinsella, Sallynoggin and Martin McHale, Killiney. May they rest in peace.
