Parish Notes 15th July 2007

15th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Parish Bookshop: We now have a very nice selection of Greetings Cards available in our shop, including Birthday Cards, Baby Cards, Get Well Cards, etc. All our cards are very reasonably priced.

Coffee Shop: The Coffee Shop in the parish Centre next to the Church will be closed from Tuesday 17th July until Wednesday 25th July.

Lourdes Pilgrimage: We still have a few seats for our 35th Parish Pilgrimage which takes place on August 28th next. For further details check notice at the back of the Church.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: after the 10am Mass each day to 8pm. More people are needed from 1 – 2:30. Could it be you?

Legion of Mary: Meet at 4pm each Monday afternoon in the Parish Centre next to the Church. New members are very welcome.

Bridge: Blackrock Bridge Club meet at 7:30 every Saturday evening in the Parish Centre next to St John the Baptist Church. Non members are very welcome.

Recent Funeral: The funeral of Margaret Henahan (late of Albert Road and Seabank Court) took place here last Wednesday. Margaret died in the U.S.A. May she rest in Peace.
