The Most Holy Trinity Stained Glass Restoration Fund:The monthly collection for the Stained Glass Restoration Fund will take place after all Masses today Sunday June the 3rd. Mass Times: From 4th June until September there will be no 7:30 a.m. Mass on weekdays Diocesan Eucharistic Procession: Archbishop Diarmuid Martin will lead the 3rd Annual Diocesan Eucharistic Procession in the grounds of Holy Cross College, Clonliffe on Thursday 7 June 2007 at 7.30 p.m. All are welcome to attend this event which will also commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Eucharistic Congress of 1932. There will be a special 50 seat Coach from Glasthule Parish departing from the Church at 5.30 p.m. There will be no stop on the way or on the return journey. Names first should be given to Fr Brían O’Sullivan or handed in to the Sacristy. There will be no charge. St Joseph’s Parish Corpus Christi Procession – Sunday next 10th June: The Procession will leave the Church at 3:00 p.m. and will proceed along the usual route to Beaufort where Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will take place. A special welcome to participate in the Procession is extended to those who recently received their first Holy Communion and to those who received the Sacrament of Confirmation. We ask that homes on the route might have flag bunting or altars displayed and that great reverence to the Blessed Sacrament would be shown by all who take part or look on. A New Saint for Ireland: Pope Benedict will canonise Fr Charles of Mount Argus in Rome today. Fr Charles is well known in Dublin where he lived and worked. On 9 July 1857, one hundred and fifty years ago, Charles arrived in Dublin to be a member of the Passionist community at Mount Argus. He spent more than thirty-five years there celebrating Mass, hearing confessions and doing what he is most remembered for, ministering to the sick and the needy. Coffee Morning: Sr Imelda wishes to thank to all those who gave so generously to last weeks Collection for ‘Wells in Kenya’ which amounted to €1000. Irish Stillbirth and neonatal Death Society: Islands annual Blessing of Remembrance will take place in Glasnevin Cemetery on Sunday next 10th June 2007 at 3pm. Blackrock Hospice: Volunteers urgently required to sell Sunflower Pins for Blackrock Hospice on Sunflower Days: 8th & 9th June 2007.
