Parish Notes 14th January 2007

2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time

Weekday Masses from Monday 15th January, the weekday Masses will be at 7.30 am and 10 a.m.

Stained Glass Windows We thank you for your contribution to the Stained Glass Restoration Fund last Sunday which amounted to €960.

Book Sale Dr Tom Dooley Fund Book Sale (Medical aid to the Third World) will be held on Saturday January 20th from 10 – 4pm, and on Sunday January 21st from10 – 2pm in the Parish Centre next to the Church. Great Bargains

Dun Laoghaire Borough Historical Society: Lecture “The loss of the Kingstown Lifeboat off Bray 1876” by James Scannell, to be held in The Kingstown Hotel, on Wednesday 17th January, at 8 p.m.

The Scripture Study Group Lectio Divina takes place in Presentation College on Wednesday evenings at 8 p.m

Senior Citizens Club Meet on Wednesdays 2.30p.m.in the Parish Centre. New members are always welcome.

Apostolic Workers Meeting takes place on Thursdays in the Parish Centre 2.30 – 4p.m. Come and see what we do. You might be tempted to stay and help.

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament After the Masses each day to 8 p.m. Make it your New Year’s Resolution to spend some time with the Lord. More people are needed 1 -2.30. Could it be you ?.
