The Epiphany Of The Lord Mon 8th Jan - Baptism of the Lord. Weekday Masses: from Monday 15th January, the weekday masses will be at 7.30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Stained Glass Restoration Fund: The monthly collection for the Stained Glass Restoration Fund will take place after all the Masses today Sunday 7th January 2007. The Scripture Study Group Lectio Divina will resume on Wednesday 10th January at 8 p.m. in the Presentation College. All welcome. The Society Of St Vincent De Paul Glasthule wish to thank most sincerely all those who made anonymous donations to their "Christmas Appeal". Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament: After the Masses each day to 8 p.m. make it your New Year’s Resolution to spend some time with the Lord. More people are needed 1 – 2.30. Could it be you? Coffee Shop Open after 10 A.M. Mass, Monday to Friday to 12 noon. Come any support us. You will be very welcome. Senior Citizens Club: Meet on Wednesdays 2.30 p.m. in the Parish Centre. New members very welcome Apostolic Workers Meet in the Parish Centre on Thursdays 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Come and see what we do. You might be tempted to stay and help. Congratulations to Nigel Walsh, and Danella Brady who got married on Dec 9th and also to Andrew McCleane and Annemarie Lysaght who got married here on Dec 30th. Baptisms: We welcome into our Christian family Daire Richardson and Katie Keating. Recent Deaths: Nell McMorrow Rosmeen Gardens, Sylvester Cahill Glengara Park, John Hoey Beaufort, Tom Owens O'Connor Park (formerly Adelaide Road). May they rest in peace. |
