Faith Peace and Justice Conference takes place in Cork

100 students and teachers gather to share their faith

Students from six secondary schools gathered in Cork this week for a conference to focus on Faith, Peace and Justice issues.

The conference was opened by Peter Barrett, a medical student at University College Cork, who visited the Brothers mission in Ghana this summer. It included a panel discussion in which students from the different schools spoke about the work they had conducted during the year.

The morning ended with Br Martin Kenneally, Congregation Leader, offering words of support and challenge to the students. Full details of the day can be found here
