Church Door Collection at all Masses this Sunday This collection is on behalf of the Dublin Diocesan Lourdes Invalid Fund. The Lourdes Invalid Committee hope to bring 180 sick people to Lourdes and your contributions go towards reducing their fares and helps with rising air fares and oil prices plus the need to replace some medical equipment this year.

We also, most importantly, ask each Parish to keep the work of the Diocesan Pilgrimage in your prayers over the coming days.

Please note that this collection has nothing to do with our Annual Parish Pilgrimage to Lourdes.

Coffee Morning: Our monthly Coffee Morning will be held in the Parish Pastoral Centre after all the Masses next Sunday. Proceeds will go towards the purchase of Defibrillators for both the Parish Pastoral Centre and St Joseph’s Church. Please support this very worthy cause.

The New Parish Pastoral Centre: Our Parish Pastoral Centre is now open daily for tea and coffee (including Saturdays) from 10:30am to midday and on Sundays after each Mass. From September we will put up a roster of volunteers on the Church notice board each month.

Readers of the Word: Copies of the new Roster for September are now available for collection in the Sacristy.

Baptisms: We welcome into our Christian Community Ava Leahy, Charlotte Brannelly, Robert Moore and Ruaidarí Condon.

Marriages: Congratulations to John Frawley and Barbara Casserly, Alan Boylan and Julie Mulvanney, and Stuart McCarron and Elizabeth Cullen who were married in St Joseph’s Church recently.

Anniversary: Please pray for Canon Lorcan Foley whose 3rd Anniversary occurs today.
